The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity if it considers that conditions are not safe for participants. CANCELLATION by weather

When the weather conditions are not optimal for the activity of parascending, the customer will be offered other activity enjoyment of equal or greater amount to the subscriber on the reservation. The amount will be refunded, only exceptionally when weather conditions do not allow other activity.
